Thanks for the invite! David & Jetta are happy to join your blog. It is a great way to stay in touch and share experiences.
We are living in Fremont, California. We get a little coastal fog, so the temps are very mild. The fog usually burns off by noon and we get sunny afternoons and beautiful sunsets, until the fog creeps back over the coastal mountains and covers us over again. The flowers are beautiful and the fruit trees are dripping with plums & citrus. The negatives are that there are so many people here, so many cars and traffic jams, and everything is expensive. But we will be here for just a year, so plan on enjoying CA as much as possible. If any of our fellow bloggers come to visit the San Francisco Bay area we will be happy to provide accommodations!

Good to see your post,I've linked an explanation on the OU thing via e-mail as I don't know how to do that on here yet. No fog here but the steam will rise today! Hope your dial-up can handle the photos etc; if not, words will do.
