Holiday Glow

Thanks to a nice warm-up after Thanksgiving, I've managed to get some lights up outside. Next on the list, get decorations out of attic. Christmas shopping getting done on the web. Hopefully we'll get a tree this weekend. Soon we'll be baking cookies etc. Christmas better hurry 'cause the twins are beginning to vibrate!

Bev is the same- her eyes are sharp and her ears are perked for the smallest hint of holiday secrets-we put on an internet radio station that plays Christmas classics and she was in heaven- we left it on all night and while she woke up with a favorable glow, I had the weirdest and spookiest dreams in a long time-so maybe we will only play it during the waking hours.

We have two radio stations in the KC area that started playing Christmas music on... you guessed it... November 1st!!! 75 degrees, in shirtsleeves, perspiring a bit, and whistling to "Deck the Halls" ... yep that's Christmas for you. (though I like to listen to them in the car sometimes .. and I'm always pretty embarrassed when someone else drives my car and discovers this)
