Girls and Stuff

Ivy and Alaina rode in a dressage show over the weekend and had good rides even while the wind blew. They also played with dogs, ate candy and snacks, and worked as runners and played some - which can be done when your first rides are at 11:30 and your second don't happen until 3:30. Lots of fun horses to look at and pet and photograph. Digital is great since you don't have to print all 400 pictures on the disk....

Both girls had projects about mysteries - Alaina studied the Lock Ness Monster and made a diorama showing the lake, castle and Nessie. Ivy was interested in the escape from Alcatraze. Alaina is now a believer in Nessie and Ivy and her partner are making a model of the dummy left in the bed when the escapees escaped. So, inspired by Brandon...... Ivy modeled with Baby Alan....

The model head bears a striking resemblance to Guy Smiley from Sesame Street fame!
I'm Bigfoot guy myself(more to come on that), but Kiah is a Nessie believer, also. Those girls should get together and swap stories.
