Take me back to Tulsa

Well folks, after months of scrapping for entry level jobs from Colorado to Kansas City and beyond, I have finally found a job right in my own backyard.. or my parents', anyway.

I am the new Special Collections & Research Librarian for Tulsa City-County Library!

That means I have.. yikes! Two weeks left in Kansas!

I'm shocked.

Congratulations (on the job, I mean, not the move)! It sounds exciting.

That is fantastic news! Congratulations! Just say when and I'll hook up the trailor and round up some help.
I know it will be hard to leave Lawrence but it's only a hop, a skip and a jump to Rock Chalk Jayhawkland. Welcome back. I'm proud of you!

Thanks, everyone. I was so pleased to see all of you at the wedding on Saturday, and it cheers me to think I'll be closer to "the clan."

This is my "dream" starter job so I could not be more pleased. :-D

Congratulations! There are some really great people in the Research Center @ Central, and they're lucky to be getting you as an addition!

There's also awesome people in Readers' Library and the Media Center at Central. Will you send me your e-mail (mine is dna_gramblin@yahoo.com) and maybe we can get together when you're in town and gab about the Central library (my old stomping ground).

Congrats again! ~a
