Advanced Screening
After substantial effort trying to get my 8mm film Powder House screened, I woke up to the news that The Hedreen Gallery at Seattle University is going to project it as part of an Authors Publishers and Readers of Independent Literature event. Author Matthew Simmons will be reading from his new book Jell-O Horse. Since the film is about gelatin, the event planners decided to pair us up. He'll give a reading, the gallery will show the film, and rumor has it there will be Jell-O shots. I don't have an official date or time yet, and I'm not even sure I'll be able to make it, but I thought it was news worth passing along. Please enjoy the advanced screening!

Congrats! Not sure how you did it, but you managed to make something I've always held as innocuous into something rather creepy. Nice work!
Agreed with PackAttack. Congrats, as I've never made a film I can't provide much useful feedback, but it was sorta Muckraker-meets-Mrs. Bates.
If you're living your dream, keep on B.L.C.
This song came to mind:
