Man o' man, what a week. Such a good trip home! I stumbled onto this link and thought it was worth sharing. It made me smile and given the fact I just talked about a long lost memory of listening to Bobby McFarren while watching my uncles bowl at the Nowata bowling alley back in the late 80's, I thought it was appropriate. Enjoy!

Cool Brandon. Not sure if you've seen these but thought you might enjoy some of these talks from the TED conference:

More evidence that we are all one entity(save for a few stray particles!).
Particles which just keep hurtling through space and time in a rather disorderly manner>>>
Sean Carroll's Ted Talk Part-1
Sean Carroll Part-2
Parkboy, probably more to your point;
Neurons shaping civilization
Neat stuff, Jade! That scientific/ philosophical belief could be extended to inanimate objects (see Native American religions) and tie the entire world (and universe, for that matter) together. Saying "we are stardust" sounds poetic & perhaps overly simplistic, but it looks more and more to me, as the years recede, that this is a good starting point for understanding the meaning of it all.
Billy I totally agree. I'll go with stardust and dark matter any day, and I don't even need to see the equations to convince me, although I find it reassuring that someone is actually out there testing the reproducibility of it all, proving out the actual science from the theories.
