Tomatoes, peppers and cucumbers in the back garden all seem to be enjoying the wet conditions, but corn,cantaloupes and watermelons planted over a week ago have not yet emerged. Figure I may have to replant, though I'll probably give it another day or two. The extra water doesn't seem to be bothering the trees and flowers and if it doesn't keep this up forever we should have a good hay year.

I thought I'd get out in the tomato patch & pull some rogue dandelions, but sank up to my ankle with the first step and decided I really kinda dig little yellow flowers (for now)
alot like last year for us. we plant, it rains.
i like your variety of stuff you planted. should be fun.
